A rich, luscious cheese made at Alex James' farm from Guernsey cows' milk. A creamy, pasteurised cheese with a citrus finish

QUICKES MATURE

An award winning pasteurised vintage cheddar, matured for up to two years. It has a distinctly unique & intense flavour

TUNWORTH SOFT COW'S MILK

Similar in texture to an unpasteurised camembert but the taste is cleaner & smoother than its French inspiration.  It has a long lasting nutty & sweet milky flavour.
